Abbi Failing serves as People & Workplace Coordinator at Peak Trust Company, where she supports human resources initiatives and workplace operations across the organization. In this capacity, she facilitates key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and HR operations. She works closely with the Head of Human Resources to maintain consistent processes and provide responsive support to employees and managers.
In addition to her human resources responsibilities, Abbi coordinates facilities, vendor relationships, and daily office operations, helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach contribute to a positive employee experience and the effective functioning of Peak’s offices.
Prior to joining Peak in 2025, Abbi served as a loadmaster in the United States Air Force, where she developed extensive experience in aviation logistics, operational coordination, and executing complex responsibilities in demanding environments. Her military background strengthened her ability to navigate competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and approach challenges with adaptability and precision.
