Sabrina Volstad serves as the Front-Desk Receptionist for Peak Trust Company’s Alaska office, a role she has held since joining the firm in 2016. As Front Desk Receptionist, Sabrina provides exceptional first impressions via the lobby and phone. She warmly greets visitors, manages call direction, and resolves or escalates inquiries. Additionally, Sabrina supports Alaska’s trust administration team as a Fiduciary Assistant. She assists Fiduciary Officers with account management responsibilities like asset processing, documentation filing, administrative recordkeeping, report packaging and coordinating client mailings.
Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. Sabrina’s administrative coordination enables smooth operations so client-facing officers can focus fully on account oversight and excellent service delivery. Her diligent support across reception and a variety of back-office tasks exemplifies Peak’s standard for teamwork and dedication.
