Kelsey Baldridge

Kelsey Baldridge serves as Head of Human Resources at Peak Trust Company, where she leads the firm’s talent strategy and human capital infrastructure across all offices. In this capacity, she oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning to ensure Peak attracts, develops, and retains high-caliber professionals aligned with the firm’s culture and long-term strategic vision. She has played a central role in modernizing Peak’s hiring processes and building scalable systems to support sustained organizational growth.

Kelsey designs and implements structured onboarding, mentorship, and professional development frameworks that promote engagement, accountability, and career progression. She leads firmwide continuing education initiatives and partners with leadership to strengthen management capability and succession planning. Through thoughtful policy design and operational discipline, she fosters a workplace culture grounded in professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence.

Since joining Peak in 2020, Kelsey has demonstrated steady leadership advancement within the organization. She began as a Fiduciary Assistant supporting a Senior Fiduciary Officer, gaining direct experience in trust administration and client service. In 2022, she transitioned into a dedicated people leadership role, expanding her responsibilities to include talent acquisition, organizational planning, employee engagement, and strategic workforce alignment. Her experience within both fiduciary operations and human resources enables her to bridge operational realities with long-term talent strategy.

Kelsey brings more than a decade of experience in administration and team leadership. She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and holds the SHRM-CP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Her strategic mindset and commitment to developing high-performing teams play a key role in supporting Peak Trust Company’s continued success.

Patti Blattmachr

Patti Blattmachr is an indispensable pillar of the Peak Trust Company team, having served since the founding of the company in 1997. As Executive Officer, Patti conducts all independent annual trust reviews to evaluate account status, performance, risk levels, and achievement of client goals and objectives. 

In her decades of tenure, Patti has worked extensively across fiduciary operations, investments, relationship management, and trust administration. She leverages this remarkable institutional knowledge to inform annual reviews and provide key executive insights. Patti was the first ever employee of Peak Trust when the company established its inaugural Alaska office location over 25 years ago. Her commitment to the business and vision were instrumental in those early stages of growth.

Patti earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Outdoor Recreation from Northwest Nazarene University. As Peak Trust’s longest-tenured employee, she has been essential in building the high-performing, client-centric team Peak Trust Company is known for today.

Erica Bradley

Erica Bradley joined Peak Trust Company’s Nevada office in 2024 as an Associate Fiduciary Officer. In this role, Erica supports the administration of Nevada trust accounts, ensuring they are managed in accordance with the terms of the governing instruments and in the best interests of the beneficiaries. She leverages her experience in Nevada trust administration, customer service, and problem-solving to provide excellent support to Peak’s clients.

Erica brings a strong background in Nevada trust administration and customer service to her position at Peak Trust Company. Prior to joining the team, Erica held progressive roles in the Nevada trust industry, including positions as a Trust Administrator and Manager of Trust Administration. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in administering a large book of Nevada trust accounts, managing funds, processing transactions, and corresponding with clients and interested parties.

In addition to her trust administration experience, Erica has a strong foundation in customer service. She has acted as a first point of contact for customers, guiding them through forms, explaining processes, updating systems, and providing status updates. Her ability to solve caller concerns expeditiously and professionally, combined with her collaborative approach to resolving issues, makes her a valuable asset to the Peak team.

Erica is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, which will further enhance her technical skills and ability to leverage technology in her role as an Associate Fiduciary Officer.

With her commitment to providing exceptional service, her attention to detail, and her problem-solving skills, Erica is well-equipped to support the administration of Nevada trust accounts at Peak Trust Company, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and professionalism.

Josephine Cangemi

Josephine Cangemi has been with Peak Trust Company since 2021 and currently serves as a Fiduciary Assistant supporting trust administration operations and client service. As a Fiduciary Assistant, Josephine works closely with Fiduciary Officers on all aspects of trust account management including asset custody and money movement, account reviews and maintenance, transaction processing, annual tax reporting, and managing client inquiries and requests. She excels in providing prompt, accurate, and excellent client service.

Josephine began with Peak Trust Company as a Receptionist, providing administrative support, before moving into her current role leveraging her background in financial services administration. Josephine brings over 15 years of administrative experience in financial services and casino cash operations management to Peak Trust Company. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness enable smooth trust account administration and a positive client experience. Josephine trained in fiduciary functions including process workflow, documentation, quality control, and asset/account reconciliation.

In all of her work, Josephine upholds strict procedures for security, confidentiality, and fiduciary duty while interacting with clients, beneficiaries, and business partners. She plays an important support role by assisting Fiduciary Officers in managing administration of Nevada trusts and responding to all client needs in a timely and effective manner.

Nanette Cool

Nanette Cool joined Peak Trust Company in 2024 as Accounting Manager. In this role, Nanette oversees all accounting functions, including financial reporting and budgeting. She leverages her extensive expertise in both public and private accounting to ensure accurate financial management and compliance in support of Peak’s operations.

Nanette brings over a decade of diverse accounting experience to her position, with a proven ability to develop and implement efficient accounting processes aligned with GAAP principles. Throughout her career, she has held progressive accounting roles, including Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant positions, where she successfully managed full-cycle accounting operations, conducted reconciliations, and prepared detailed financial statements for a variety of industries.

Nanette’s strong analytical skills are complemented by her proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel functions. Her experience includes preparing audit schedules, managing inter-company billings, and supporting leadership with financial forecasting and cash flow management.

Nanette earned her Master of Science in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, combined with her dedication to accuracy and efficiency, make her a valuable addition to the Peak Trust Company team as it continues to grow and deliver exceptional client service.

Tanequa Davis

Tanequa Davis serves as an Associate Fiduciary Officer at Peak Trust Company, bringing over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. She supports the fiduciary team in trust administration, account onboarding, and compliance oversight while maintaining a strong focus on relationship management and client service excellence.

Prior to joining Peak, Tanequa served as a Trust Officer at a national financial institution, administering complex trust and probate accounts in accordance with governing documents and regulatory requirements. She collaborated closely with clients, legal professionals, and internal partners to ensure fiduciary responsibilities were met with accuracy and care.

Tanequa has also held leadership roles in private banking and retail branch operations, including as a Senior Client Associate and Branch Manager. Across these roles, she developed expertise in risk management, account administration, and team leadership.

Tanequa holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client-focused solutions, she plays a key role in delivering high-quality fiduciary services at Peak Trust Company.

Danaya Dews

Danaya Dews serves as a Marketing Assistant at Peak Trust Company, where she contributes her expertise in content creation and digital marketing. In her role, she supports the marketing team by producing engaging multimedia content, managing social media platforms, and helping to highlight Peak’s team, services, and industry leadership.

Danaya first joined Peak Trust Company in 2022 as a Fiduciary Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist, where she gained valuable experience in client service and trust administration. Her background in communications and media production naturally led her to a marketing-focused role, where she now applies her creativity and strategic thinking to enhance Peak’s storytelling efforts.

Prior to joining Peak, Danaya worked as a Creative and Content Intern for a music awards show, where she produced and edited digital video content, authored articles, and supported interview and event production. She also served as a Social Media Manager and Production Assistant for college organizations, refining her skills in audience engagement and digital media strategy.

Danaya graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Television-Radio from Ithaca College. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and endurance running. As part of Peak’s marketing team, she brings a creative approach and a strong communications background to help shape the company’s brand and messaging.

Abbi Failing

Abbi Failing serves as Human Resources Coordinator at Peak Trust Company, supporting core HR functions across all offices. She joined Peak in 2025 and brings a diverse background in personnel coordination, organizational operations, and administrative support to the role.

In her position, Abbi assists with employee onboarding, supports internal communications, and helps maintain accurate and timely documentation of HR-related processes. Her focus on consistency, discretion, and team collaboration directly supports Peak’s goal of cultivating a high-performing and engaged workplace. 

Abbi professional background includes over a decade of experience working in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments, where she developed a reputation for reliability, strong communication, and mission-driven execution. Her experience coordinating across departments, managing confidential materials, and navigating complex workflows allows her to thrive in her role supporting Peak’s growing team.

She holds Associate degrees in Aviation Operations and Allied Health Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force. Known for her professionalism and adaptability, Abbi is a valuable member of the HR team helping to drive operational excellence and employee support at Peak Trust Company.

Jeannie Fanning

Jeannie Fanning serves as Chief Operating Officer at Peak Trust Company, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team to advance the firm’s strategic vision and operational excellence. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the firm’s strategic priorities are effectively executed across all departments.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, Jeannie plays an integral role in shaping and implementing firmwide strategy. She partners with leadership to develop long-term strategic initiatives, translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, and monitor progress against defined goals. Through strong organizational alignment and clear accountability, she helps ensure that priorities remain focused and execution remain consistent.

Jeannie provides leadership over cross-functional operations, driving collaboration and efficiency across the organization. She leads high-impact initiatives, develops performance metrics, and implements scalable systems to support growth. Her work includes structuring teams, integrating technology, strengthening quality, and advancing continuous improvement. Through clear communication and change management, she enhances operational effectiveness and the client and employee experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in people centered leadership, compliance, and organizational change management, Jeannie brings a disciplined and strategic approach to service operations. She has deep expertise in workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, risk management, and data-driven decision-making, as well as leading large-scale initiatives from development through execution. Her leadership emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University, Jeannie’s leadership and operational expertise play a critical role in supporting Peak Trust Company’s long-term success.
