Katie Sperry

Katie Sperry serves as an Operations Specialist at Peak Trust Company, where she supports internal processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and coordination across departments. As part of the operations team, Katie plays a key role in maintaining documentation, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the firm’s commitment to operational excellence.

With a strong background in financial reporting, administrative systems, and data analysis, Katie brings a detail-oriented mindset to every aspect of her work. She has experience in budgeting, compliance, and executive-level reporting, and has developed tools and solutions to improve accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Katie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Alaska Anchorage, with a double major in Finance and Economics and a minor in Accounting. She maintains a 4.0 GPA and is an active member of several academic clubs, including the Finance, Economics, and Accounting Clubs.

In her free time, Katie enjoys problem-solving, developing custom applications, and finding new ways to improve processes. Her strong organizational skills and dedication to continuous improvement make her a valuable member of the Peak Trust Company team.

Janet Tempel, JD

Janet Tempel has been with Peak Trust Company since 2014 as a Senior Fiduciary Officer following the acquisition of Alaska USA Trust Company. In addition to her extensive trust administration experience, Janet also practiced law with a concentration in estate planning and business law. Her knowledge and background in trust administration help her to work seamlessly with attorneys, financial planners, and other professionals to facilitate the implementation of a wide range of estate plans. Her expertise includes helping clients establish and administer many types of trusts, including Domestic Asset Protection Trusts, Dynasty Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts and Alaska Community Property Trusts, among others.

Janet is actively involved in Alaska’s estate planning community and is a member of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. She has taught community education classes on wills, trusts, probate, and LLCs, has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and continues to keep abreast of estate planning and tax developments.

Janet received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Trust School and Graduate Trust School.

Autumn Tremont

Autumn Tremont has been with Peak Trust Company since 2023 and serves as Fiduciary Officer. Based in Peak’s Alaska office, she is responsible for the administration of trust accounts and overseeing new account intake, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and consistent, high quality service for clients and their advisors. She works closely with families and professional partners to facilitate clear communication, thoughtful administration, and timely responses across a wide range of trust matters.

Her responsibilities include reviewing trust documents, coordinating distributions, assisting with complex asset transfers, and supporting ongoing fiduciary oversight. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Autumn plays an important role in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness that define Peak’s client service model.

Autumn began her tenure at Peak supporting the fiduciary team in administrative and operational capacities, where she developed a strong foundation in trust administration and client service. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a property manager for a local real estate management company, refining her communication, client service, and problem solving skills.

Autumn is an active member of the estate planning community and serves on the board of directors for the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. Outside the office, she is an avid traveler who has visited 29 countries and counting, and she enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and exploring remote cabins. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the University of Alaska.

Brenda Tudor 

Brenda Tudor joined Peak Trust Company in 2020 as a Fiduciary Officer, bringing over 30 years of financial services expertise to the role. She worked extensively in the Alaskan banking and wealth management industry prior to focusing the past 21 years specifically on trust and estate administration. In her trust administration role, Brenda administers Descendants Trusts, Perpetual Family Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Domestic Asset Protection Trusts and other estate planning instruments. She has served as personal representative for numerous estates over her career.

Brenda takes pride in administering plans tailored to multi-generational clients and developing lifelong relationships with account holders. Her fiduciary responsibilities include investment and distribution guidance, trust modifications, asset processing, account reviews and coordinating with external partners to achieve client goals.

Well-known in Alaska’s estate planning circles, Brenda remains actively engaged – currently serving on the Anchorage Estate Planning Council board and as Vice-Chair of the Anchorage Senior Activity Center Endowment Trust. Previously, Brenda held membership in the Alaska Government Finance Officers Association. Brenda leverages her comprehensive financial acumen and personal approach to fiduciary administration to provide exemplary service levels and smooth operations for Peak Trust Company clients.

Kate Wheeler

Kate Wheeler joined Peak Trust Company in 2023 and serves as a Project Manager, supporting internal operations and cross-departmental initiatives that help ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

In her role, Kate coordinates workflows, supports operational processes, prepares project documentation, and facilitates communication across teams. Her work helps bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to firmwide projects and ongoing operational efforts. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect people, processes, and information.

Kate brings a strong foundation in business and financial operations, informed by more than 15 years of experience in process-driven environments. Prior to joining Peak Trust Company, she led accounts payable and receivables functions for a large multi-location auto group, where she developed strong interdepartmental collaboration and personnel skills, along with a foundational understanding of operational controls.

At Peak Trust Company, Kate has built on this foundation by expanding her work into structured project coordination and process-focused initiatives, applying formal project principles to support consistency, visibility, and execution across teams.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential in 2025. Her commitment to precision, efficiency, and collaboration supports Peak Trust Company’s continued growth and dedication to operational excellence.

Rich Wiggins

Rich Wiggins is an Associate Fiduciary Officer at Peak Trust Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in investment management, portfolio construction, and risk analysis. Rich supports fiduciary administration with a deep understanding of asset allocation, performance evaluation, and investment oversight across traditional and alternative asset classes.

Rich has worked extensively with complex portfolios, contributing to investment policy development, benchmark selection, risk governance, and manager evaluation. His experience includes analyzing portfolio risk and liquidity, supporting investment committees, and collaborating with advisors and other professionals to advance long term planning objectives.

In addition to his fiduciary and investment expertise, Rich is a respected industry thought leader and professional writer. He has served in editorial and advisory roles for investment publications and organizations, contributed widely read research and commentary on markets and portfolio strategy, and participated in the development and grading of professional credentialing exams.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Brianna Williams

Brianna Williams joined Peak Trust Company in 2024 as an Operations Specialist. With a strong background in accounting and finance, Brianna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her responsibilities at Peak Trust Company include managing back office operations, overseeing money movement, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various operational tasks to maintain the smooth functioning of fiduciary account services.

Brianna holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Continuity from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she graduated with department honors.

Before joining Peak Trust Company, Brianna served as a fiscal specialist at a major university, where she was responsible for managing expense and revenue accounting for major event venues. Her experience includes monitoring financial trends, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. She also provided HR onboarding support and assisted with audits and budget projections.

Brianna’s strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members make her a valuable asset to Peak Trust Company.
