Jean’s expertise spans the full spectrum of accounting functions, including invoice processing, payment collections, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Her meticulous attention to detail and superior analytical skills ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounts receivable operations.
Prior to joining our team, Jean held progressive roles at notable organizations in the financial services, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. Her diverse background includes experience in client invoicing and payment processing, financial analysis, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation across multiple industries. Andrea Medeiros serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Peak Trust Company, bringing extensive experience in executive support, communications, and organizational leadership. In this role, Andrea provides high level administrative and strategic support, helping ensure effective coordination, clear communication, and smooth day to day operations at the executive level.
Andrea has a strong background in communications planning, writing, editing, and project coordination, with experience supporting senior leadership, managing complex schedules, coordinating high priority initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across teams. She is known for her attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments.

Heather Popowych serves as Policy & Procedure Unification Specialist within Peak Trust Company’s compliance department. In this role, Heather contributes to standardization, documentation and alignment of all policies, controls, workflows and training programs across the enterprise.
Leveraging project management expertise from her background, Heather facilitates cross-functional input to update legacy documentation, identify control gaps, consolidate redundant protocols and track version control. Her work reduces operational risk while ensuring procedural consistency.
Prior to her current position, Heather supported Peak ‘s executive team as an Executive Assistant where she gained valuable insights into leadership priorities and challenges. Over her earlier career, Heather managed complex initiatives across data systems and human resources functions in the private sector.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma. She applies analytical thinking, communication skills and an eye for detail in her mission to optimize Peak Trust Company’s policy infrastructure amid ongoing expansion.
Faydra Ross joined Peak Trust Company in 2023 and currently serves as a Fiduciary Officer in the firm’s Nevada office. In this role, Faydra administers assigned client trust accounts and serves as the primary point of contact for all aspects of account oversight, administration, and client service. She is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of trusts while upholding strict standards related to account security, documentation, asset custody, and compliance protocols. Faydra approaches her work with a strong commitment to precision, responsiveness, and exceptional client service, helping foster confidence and continuity for account holders and their advisors.
Faydra brings more than a decade of estate, trust, and probate paralegal experience to her fiduciary practice. Her extensive background in trust and estate administration, coupled with deep familiarity navigating probate courts and fiduciary regulations, allows her to manage complex matters with clarity and professionalism.
Prior to joining Peak, Faydra worked as a paralegal supporting attorneys in estate planning and probate practices, where she excelled in coordinating case management, preparing filings and petitions, interfacing with courts and regulatory agencies, and conducting legal research. She most recently served as a paralegal at a Las Vegas law firm with a robust estate planning and probate caseload.
Faydra earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Pioneer Pacific College. Her combined legal background and fiduciary expertise position her as a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.
Tali Salima-Emerson currently serves as an Operations Assistant at Peak Trust Company, where she provides vital support for fiduciary back-office functions. Since joining Peak Trust in 2023, Tali has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and has played a key role in ensuring smooth trust administration processes.
In her position, Tali leverages her diverse experience in administrative and client service support roles within professional services industries to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Prior to her current role, Tali served as Front Desk Receptionist and Fiduciary Assistant in Peak Trust’s Nevada office, where she managed headquarters reception, greeted clients, directed visitors, and resolved inquiries. She also gained valuable experience in fiduciary process support, transaction tracking, and general trust administration during her time working in a trust administration support role at another Nevada trust company.
Tali’s background in trust operations, combined with her experience in coordinator roles across various professional services settings, has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her position as Operations Assistant. Her dedication to supporting Peak’s fiduciary team and commitment to delivering exceptional service contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Katie Sperry serves as an Operations Specialist at Peak Trust Company, where she supports internal processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and coordination across departments. As part of the operations team, Katie plays a key role in maintaining documentation, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the firm’s commitment to operational excellence.
With a strong background in financial reporting, administrative systems, and data analysis, Katie brings a detail-oriented mindset to every aspect of her work. Autumn Tremont has been with Peak Trust Company since 2023 and serves as Fiduciary Officer. Based in Peak’s Alaska office, she is responsible for the administration of trust accounts and overseeing new account intake, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and consistent, high quality service for clients and their advisors. She works closely with families and professional partners to facilitate clear communication, thoughtful administration, and timely responses across a wide range of trust matters.
Her responsibilities include reviewing trust documents, coordinating distributions, assisting with complex asset transfers, and supporting ongoing fiduciary oversight. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Autumn plays an important role in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness that define Peak’s client service model.
Autumn began her tenure at Peak supporting the fiduciary team in administrative and operational capacities, where she developed a strong foundation in trust administration and client service. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a property manager for a local real estate management company, refining her communication, client service, and problem solving skills.
Autumn is an active member of the estate planning community and serves on the board of directors for the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. Outside the office, she is an avid traveler who has visited 29 countries and counting, and she enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and exploring remote cabins. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the University of Alaska.
Brenda Tudor joined Peak Trust Company in 2020 as a Fiduciary Officer, bringing over 30 years of financial services expertise to the role. She worked extensively in the Alaskan banking and wealth management industry prior to focusing the past 21 years specifically on trust and estate administration. In her trust administration role, Brenda administers Descendants Trusts, Perpetual Family Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Domestic Asset Protection Trusts and other estate planning instruments. She has served as personal representative for numerous estates over her career.
Brenda takes pride in administering plans tailored to multi-generational clients and developing lifelong relationships with account holders. Her fiduciary responsibilities include investment and distribution guidance, trust modifications, asset processing, account reviews and coordinating with external partners to achieve client goals.
Well-known in Alaska’s estate planning circles, Brenda remains actively engaged – currently serving on the Anchorage Estate Planning Council board and as Vice-Chair of the Anchorage Senior Activity Center Endowment Trust. Previously, Brenda held membership in the Alaska Government Finance Officers Association. Brenda leverages her comprehensive financial acumen and personal approach to fiduciary administration to provide exemplary service levels and smooth operations for Peak Trust Company clients.
Kate Wheeler joined Peak Trust Company in 2023 and serves as a Project Manager, supporting internal operations and cross-departmental initiatives that help ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
In her role, Kate coordinates workflows, supports operational processes, prepares project documentation, and facilitates communication across teams. Her work helps bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to firmwide projects and ongoing operational efforts. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect people, processes, and information.
Kate brings a strong foundation in business and financial operations, informed by more than 15 years of experience in process-driven environments. Prior to joining Peak Trust Company, she led accounts payable and receivables functions for a large multi-location auto group, where she developed strong interdepartmental collaboration and personnel skills, along with a foundational understanding of operational controls.
