Faydra Ross joined the Peak Trust Company Team in 2023 as an Associate Fiduciary Officer in Peak’s Nevada office. In this role, Faydra administers assigned client trust accounts acting as primary point of contact for all account oversight, administration, and client service needs. Faydra upholds strict procedures around account security, documentation, asset custody and compliance protocols while prioritizing excellent client service. She leverages diligence, communication skills and legal knowledge to ensure smooth trust administration and a positive account holder experience.
Faydra brings over a decade of estate, trust and probate paralegal experience to her position at Peak. Her background administering trust and estate accounts and expertise in navigating probate court and fiduciary regulations translate directly into her current role. Prior to joining Peak, Faydra worked as a paralegal and excelled in coordinating case management, preparing filings and petitions, interfacing with courts and agencies, and supporting attorney teams with document drafting and legal research. She most recently served as paralegal at a Las Vegas law firm handling an active caseload of estate planning and probate accounts.
Faydra earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University as well as an Associate of Applied Science Paralegal Studies degree from Pioneer Pacific College.
Tali Salima-Emerson currently serves as an Operations Assistant at Peak Trust Company, where she provides vital support for fiduciary back-office functions. Since joining Peak Trust in 2023, Tali has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and has played a key role in ensuring smooth trust administration processes.
In her position, Tali leverages her diverse experience in administrative and client service support roles within professional services industries to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. She works closely with the fiduciary team to manage transaction documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with various fiduciary operations tasks. Tali’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to new challenges make her a valuable asset to the operations team.
Prior to her current role, Tali served as Front Desk Receptionist and Fiduciary Assistant in Peak Trust’s Nevada office, where she managed headquarters reception, greeted clients, directed visitors, and resolved inquiries. She also gained valuable experience in fiduciary process support, transaction tracking, and general trust administration during her time working in a trust administration support role at another Nevada trust company.
Tali’s background in trust operations, combined with her experience in coordinator roles across various professional services settings, has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her position as Operations Assistant. Her dedication to supporting Peak’s fiduciary team and commitment to delivering exceptional service contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Andre Sears has been with Peak Trust Company since 2022 as Business Development Officer serving Peak’s clients and partners across all 50 states. Serving all of Peak’s offices, Andre is responsible for being a helpful resource for client inquiries and serving as the primary point of contact for Peak’s referral network partners.
Prior to joining the Peak team, Andre’s career included 20 years of diverse senior management, marketing, finance, and business development experience, with expertise in evaluating and developing new business opportunities and managing complex relationships in fiduciary services, IRAs and insurance. Andre previously served as Vice President of Business Development for, at the time, the largest trust company in the state of Nevada helping grow the company to nearly $5 billion in assets under administration. He previously held executive roles at a regional registered investment firm and Sun West Community Bank, respectively.
A native of Las Vegas, Andre’s strong commitment to give back to his community is demonstrated through his volunteer activities. Andre previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Southern Nevada Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) from 2008 – 2013. In 2008 and 2009, Andre served as Corporate Walk Chairperson for the Southern Nevada Light the Night Walk. Andre is an active volunteer with Helping Hands of Vegas Valley whose mission is to improve the quality of life for senior citizens and their families to maintain their dignity and independence. Andre is an active member of the Clark County Law Foundation.
Andre earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boise State University. Andre has completed the Executive Education Program for Leadership Development modules for Accelerating the Careers of High Potential Leaders and Leading Global Business at Harvard Business School – Executive Education.
Janet Tempel has been with Peak Trust Company since 2014 as a Senior Fiduciary Officer following the acquisition of Alaska USA Trust Company. In addition to her extensive trust administration experience, Janet also practiced law with a concentration in estate planning and business law. Her knowledge and background in trust administration help her to work seamlessly with attorneys, financial planners, and other professionals to facilitate the implementation of a wide range of estate plans. Her expertise includes helping clients establish and administer many types of trusts, including Domestic Asset Protection Trusts, Dynasty Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts and Alaska Community Property Trusts, among others.
Janet is actively involved in Alaska’s estate planning community and is a member of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. She has taught community education classes on wills, trusts, probate, and LLCs, has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and continues to keep abreast of estate planning and tax developments.
Janet received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Trust School and Graduate Trust School.
Autumn Tremont has been with Peak Trust Company since 2023 and currently serves as an Associate Fiduciary Officer. In this role, Autumn is responsible for supporting all aspects of trust administration and new account intake, ensuring seamless service and prompt, accurate responses to Peak’s clients and partners. Based in the Alaska office, she serves as a key resource for many of Peak’s partners, leveraging her strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Before her current position, Autumn excelled as a Fiduciary Assistant at Peak Trust Company, where she provided invaluable support to the fiduciary team. Prior to joining Peak, she worked as a property manager for a local real estate management company.
Outside the office, Autumn is an avid traveler, having visited 29 countries and counting. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and exploring remote cabins. Autumn holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the University of Alaska.

Sabrina Volstad serves as the Front-Desk Receptionist for Peak Trust Company’s Alaska office, a role she has held since joining the firm in 2016. As Front Desk Receptionist, Sabrina provides exceptional first impressions via the lobby and phone. She warmly greets visitors, manages call direction, and resolves or escalates inquiries. Additionally, Sabrina supports Alaska’s trust administration team as a Fiduciary Assistant. She assists Fiduciary Officers with account management responsibilities like asset processing, documentation filing, administrative recordkeeping, report packaging and coordinating client mailings.
Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. Sabrina’s administrative coordination enables smooth operations so client-facing officers can focus fully on account oversight and excellent service delivery. Kate Wheeler joined Peak Trust Company in 2023 and serves as a Fiduciary Assistant. With over 15 years of experience in accounting administration, Kate plays a crucial role in supporting fiduciary operations and client services, ensuring precise and efficient management of trust a

Before joining Peak Trust Company, she led the accounts payable and receivables team for a large Alaska auto group with multiple locations. Kate is currently studying Business Management at DeVry University and is on track to graduate in 2024.

Brianna Williams joined Peak Trust Company in 2024 as an Operations Specialist. With a strong background in accounting and finance, Brianna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her responsibilities at Peak Trust Company include managing back office operations, overseeing money movement, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various operational tasks to maintain the smooth functioning of fiduciary account services.
Brianna holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Continuity from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she graduated with department honors.
Before joining Peak Trust Company, Brianna served as a fiscal specialist at a major university, where she was responsible for managing expense and revenue accounting for major event venues. Her experience includes monitoring financial trends, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. She also provided HR onboarding support and assisted with audits and budget projections.
